All FB Series scanners manufactured after January 1, 2004 will include a 90-day standard warranty as well as a 72-hour response time.  Those FB Series scanners manufactured before January 1, 2004 will include the current standard one-year warranty.  For example, if you purchase an FB Series scanner on January 15, 2004, but the manufactured date is November 2003, the one-year warranty will be honored.  The scanner’s unique serial number provides us with the month and year it was built.
